Flying and cheek kiss

Hola Blog!

So, I arrived here to Catamarca around 14 o'clock the 21st of August, and I am gonna tell you about what had happened before and since.

Me and my lovely brother and sisters
All the Argentina Exchanges! Bye DK!
We all met at the airport in time, luckily enough, but felt like the time was gone on one second, and suddenly we were on our way to Frankfurt. I didn't even got to say a good goodbye to my family and it was all so confusing and hectic. :( But it took a second and then we were in Frankfurt and of to Buenos Aires. It took 15 HOURS! But there were some goooooood movies, like The Hunger Games, The Avengers, The Lucky One (a lot of the's) and The Ciderhouse Rules, (Watched the all! Or not them all but them I just said! ;)) so I survived, even though the food was TERRIBLE!
But we got to Buenos Aires and some were picked up by there family, some for a 5 hours drive, and me and the others were of by CRAAZY cab to the other airport so we could get to our final distention. I went to Catamarca with Sølvi & Matilde, and it was an very nice 1.5 hour flight with them :) But in the airport the flight was about half an hour late, so we were late when we arrived. But we were beautifully received by the other exchanges and their families and the was a lot of cheek kissing and all that and their are all very nice! Well, I met my family and we went to the car and drove away to our home. It is a nice house that is pretty central and we can walk to almost everything :)  Here's very beautiful, and I got my own room with a view of the mountains. I have made friends with the other Rotarystudens and their brothers and sisters, and they are all SO nice and fun to be with. :) Sooo, long story short, I AM GOOOD! And getting a lot of attention from people shouting and whistling at me, and sometimes when I pass some boys they mumble like, "uuh, miamor" and stuff, sooo fun ;)
Me y (some of) me amigos! (Sis Sol in the middle in front)
The biggest change will be the dinner time! :D The first evening we went to the center with the guys and we were home about 22.00 and then we had dinner. When you are used to eat around/between 18-20 it pretty late actually! And the other day we ate at 23.30! Hehe, soup all the time! For dinner, you know, for lunch it have changed between chicken, fish and beaf I think. Mostly chicken, or should I say pollo ;)
Spanish is cool, and HARD! I practice every day with my sister, Sol, and I'm getting better, bur it's going slooooooowly! But I like the language, so I'm doing my best! And Sol is a good teacher, even though she's not the best at english, but it's only making it better, you know :) The other night we went to my friend Agustina and they tried to teach us how to dance AGENTINA STYLE! And we drank mate, a traditional type of tea that mostly is drunk with a lot of sugar :D But it's good, I most say. We had a lot of fun and so. Hahaha, so much fun... ;) Btw, are they very happy for sugar and salt over here, I've noticed, hehe. I have also been to some kind of "Queen Pre-selection" It was like a catwalk with some of the senior year girls, and you plan out the rest :) That included more dancing. They do that all the time, but that's okay, I like it :)

Mamá y Papá
